PLAYER NOTES

--WR Derek Stanley suffered a torn ACL and meniscus in his knee and will be placed on injured reserve. Stanley will have surgery when the swelling goes down and will be out six-to-eight months.

--RB Steven Jackson was OK the day after the game and was not diagnosed with a concussion. Jackson missed some plays late in the game Sunday because he was light-headed.

--RB Kenneth Darby has moved ahead of Antonio Pittman on the depth chart. With Derek Stanley out for the season because of a injury, Darby will be the kickoff returner for the final two games of the season.

--WR Dane Looker will handle punt returns for the last two games of the season with Derek Stanley out because of a knee injury.

REPORT CARD VS. SEAHAWKS

PASSING OFFENSE: B-minus -- QB Marc Bulger had one of his more efficient games of the season with no interceptions and a 31-yard touchdown pass to Torry Holt. However, the passing game couldn't get untracked in the second half, and on a fourth-quarter possession where only a field goal was needed to go ahead, Bulger had three straight incompletions.

RUSHING OFFENSE: B -- Once again, a story of two halves. RB Steven Jackson had 81 yards on 17 carries in the first half, but totaled just 10 yards on seven attempts in the second half. The Rams only had 14 yards rushing in the second half and four of those yards came on a run by WR Donnie Avery.

PASS DEFENSE: C -- The Rams got decent pressure on QB Seneca Wallace, who did a good job completing passes just as the rush was getting to him. Wallace was 12 of 17 for 163 yards in the second half, and hit key completions in the final two drives that resulted in the tying touchdown and the game-winning field goal. Of Wallace's 226 passing yards, 82 came on two plays in those final drives.

RUSH DEFENSE: C-plus -- After having just 31 yards at halftime, the Seahawks ran better in the second half and kept the Rams' defense off balance. Seattle had 84 rushing yards in the second half, 69 by Maurice Morris.

SPECIAL TEAMS: B -- Coverage was decent and returns were average, which has been the consistent story most of the season. P Donnie Jones had another big day, averaging 54.6 yards and 45.6 net to push him over a 50-yard average of the season (50.2). K Josh Brown made both his field-goal attempts.

COACHING: C-plus -- There was a questionable replay challenge on a Seattle touchdown in the fourth quarter that cost the Rams their final timeout, but it probably wouldn't have mattered anyway. The Rams came out in a 3-3-5 defense that produced some big plays, but Seattle's up-tempo offense in the second half seemed to counter it.
